The young raven fledgling who visited Cleary’s Nova Scotia home last month had just borne the brunt of a porcupine attack, and was clearly reaching out to Cleary for help in extracting the painful quills that were attached to its face.
As the farmer approaches, the raven seems to be asking for help with the quills, and even lets the kind farmer pull them out.
The raven hung around for the day and was gone the next. Best of luck to Wilfred (yep, that’s what they named him), lol.
