A dog named Rhino Lightning was surrendered to the Humane Society of Utah, but it’s clear he was very loved by his tiny human.
The dog’s family could no longer keep him, so they surrendered the dog to the Humane Society of Utah.
Rhino was accompanied by a note that is both adorable and heartbreaking…
