There’s nothing like a reunion with a furry friend! And when Jason Floyd, 19, returned home after being away at Army basic training for three months, he received a warm welcome he wasn’t quite prepared for.
Jaxson, an 18-month-old Bullmastiff, became curious when Jason’s mom asked, “Are you ready for your surprise?” That’s when she let the 160-pound puppy outside where Jason was sitting. In an instant, Jaxson forgot about his size and reverted back to being a lap dog!
“It was very heartwarming and loving,” Jason’s mom told Inside Edition. “I was grateful to be able to capture that so we can always have that, you know, that moment.”
