This is incredibly heartwarming.
When you lose one of your senses, the others become heightened. So for this dog who lost two of her senses, her sense of smell has taken over to the point that she can smell when Dad’s coming home from work. And it’s completely heartwarming to witness.
Christine Bray recorded the moment her blind and deaf dog started sensing that Dad was about to arrive. The sweet dog trusts her nose and gets all excited, and then he pulls up to the gate just as she expected.
“This is my favorite part of the day,” Christine says. And how could it not be?
It’s just incredible. It has warmed the hearts of the millions of people who have viewed it so far, and it deserves to be seen by all. Gotta love dogs.
